Spring's in full swing and our community is crushing it!
October brought massive energy with the Perth Running Festival, where subscribers smashed PBs across the marathon, half, and 10K distances. From flat Swan River vibes to epic finishes at Optus Stadium, congrats to everyone who raced.

After September's Collie River Cru100 Relay (third place for The Replacements). I took a well-earned break up north: surfing, fishing and diving.
Recharged?
Absolutely.
But last week, a downhill mountain bike mishap left me with a broken collarbone! I'm banged up and resting, with no races until next year.
Focus now? Recovery, mobility, and cheering you on.
